Your personal birth and postpartum planning service. Includes a 1-hour consultation with a professional birth and postpartum doula to discuss options/preferences and up to two (2) 30-minute review/revision sessions (additional review/revision sessions available for $25 per session).
If you are located within 50 miles of West Roseville (95747), the initial consultation session can be held in person at a location of your choosing. Otherwise, sessions will be held virtually using Google Meet.
You will receive three (3) birth plan documents:
1) Spontaneous labor/vaginal birth
2) Induction/vaginal birth (to be used as a supplement with the spontaneous labor preferences)
3) Surgical birth
Each document will include a concise text outline of your preferences as well as visual icon representation of those preferences.
You will also have a digital workbook to reference before, during, and after your consultation as well as a postpartum planning questionnaire to fill out to help you prepare for the early postpartum period. You may opt to document some of these items into a shareable postpartum plan if you wish.
Documents will be made available via shared Google Drive folder, easy to download, print, or share electronically as you need.
You will be emailed the link to book your initial planning session after completing the checkout process.
