Private Birth Art Journey

Private birth art workshops, facilitated by Doula Gina, based on the Birthing from Within Birth Art Training. You’ll be guided you through the process of creating your own birth art. Workshop sessions take place at a location of your choosing, within 50 miles of West Roseville (95747), or may be held virtually if you prefer. Each session will take about 45 minutes to an hour. You don’t have to be an artist in any way to enjoy this or gain a new perspective about birth or yourself. It isn’t about the art you create; it’s about the insight you can attain from the process and how the art makes you feel.
