This birth doula package covers everything you need to prepare for your birthing experience along with virtual/remote support for labor/delivery as well as dedicated virtual/remote support during early postpartum.

- Evidence-based pregnancy and childbirth information and resources
- On-call for birth starting at 37 weeks
- Intermittent virtual/remote support via phone/text throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum
- One (1) virtual postpartum check-in visit within first two weeks from birth (up to 1 hour)
- Six (6) hours virtual postpartum support (30-minute minimum each session) within sixteen (16) weeks of birth
- Unlimited phone/text/email support throughout pregnancy and postpartum
